Pre Sales Consultant DACH Market

Factorial is seeking an energetic and motivated Pre‑sales Consultant for the DACH market to transform the way companies manage their people with our products. You will be joining a dynamic team in the fastest growing domain at our Barcelona office, and will be a crucial player in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

This role balances client‑facing sales with internal strategic initiatives. You will lead product demonstrations for complex, high‑value clients, while also supporting the broader sales team through content creation, training, and acting as a key liaison between sales and product teams. The position requires a high level of creativity and strategic thinking to help drive Factorial’s ambitious growth in one of its most mature markets.
