Pre Delivery Coordinator (New Car) - Ubi - WCDT

Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations. Manage and maintain PDI documentation, including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and GRNs. Assign and monitor PDI tasks to technicians. Coordinate with contractors for required PDI work. Conduct quality checks on PDI work completed by technicians and contractors. Ensure new vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations before delivery. Provide administrative and technical support to Sales during vehicle delivery. Follow up on any outstanding PDI work after delivery. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
