Pre-Construction Manager

Orion Group is supporting a successful National Civil Engineering & Infrastructure client seeking an experienced and strategic Pre-Construction Manager to lead and coordinate preconstruction activities across the Business Unit and wider Sector.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll drive a consistent and effective approach to opportunity management, resource planning and bid delivery, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and standards.
 
This is a key leadership role, providing direction and support to multidisciplinary preconstruction teams while helping to secure high-quality opportunities, strengthen client relationships and deliver sustainable business growth.
