Pre-Construction Lead – Planning, Budgeting & Feasibility

Dutco Group is seeking a Pre Construction Manager to manage project scopes and collaborate with stakeholders in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in a similar role and 6-8 years in the industry.

This role includes developing project plans, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing procurement processes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
