Practice Nurse

Job summary
We are looking to welcome a caring and committed Practice Nurse into our team to work full or part-time. The main responsibilities of the role include delivering high-quality, patient-centred nursing care, supporting the management of acute and long-term conditions, and contributing to preventative care and health promotion. The post holder will provide evidence-based care, undertake appropriate clinical procedures, and work collaboratively within the wider practice team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.

Main duties of the job
Ideally you will have experience in general practice nursing, although further training and development will be supported for the right candidate. You will be confident in delivering a range of clinical nursing services, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients across the practice.
