- Optometry Practice experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to oversee and drive sales
- Experience with managing people
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage the financial performance of the practice
- Proven ability to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Experience analysing financial reports, budgets and profitability
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance
