What is the job role?
We are currently looking for a Practice Educator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Team Manager to coordinate and deliver a high quality service to the workforce and partner agencies.Support social workers and students to achieve professional learning and development standards.Deliver and contribute to training, CPD programmes, and workforce development initiatives.Coordinate and support student placements and practice educators/assessors.Support the Social Work Degree Apprenticeship (BA) Provide mentoring, supervision, and consultancy to staff and teams.Promote inclusive, anti-discriminatory practice.Undertake quality assurance and support continuous improvement.Work collaboratively with partner organisations, including HEIs and regulatory bodies.Any other duties and responsibilities within the range of the salary grade....
