Practice Development Senior Executive (6 months contract)

Our client is a leading Barristers' Chambers, they are seeking a dynamic Practice Development professional to provide maternity cover for our Practice Development Manager. Working closely with our Practice Development Committee and Head of Chambers, you will play a key role in driving marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting our barristers in building their practices. Responsibilities: 4+ years' BD/marketing experience in barristers' chambers or law firms, ideally supporting litigation/dispute resolution practice Event management expertise - from seminars and receptions to career talks and sponsorships Content marketing experience - manage directory submissions (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500), website content, and social media (LinkedIn) Strong stakeholder engagement - confident building relationships with barristers at all levels Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (written and spoken) Knowledge of Hong Kong's legal system and litigation/arbitration...
