Practice-Based Prescribing Pharmacist

Awburn House Medical Practice is looking to recruit anexperienced and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our established andsupportive primary care team in Tameside.

This is a new practice-employed role, designed specifically around the needs of our patient population and internal service model, embedded within ourday-to-day operations and focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centredmedicines optimisation services for our registered population.

The post has been developed to strengthen our internalclinical capacity, improve prescribing safety and provide additional supportfor patients with complex and long-term conditions.

You will work closely with GPs, nursing staff and the widerpractice team as a key clinical role, contributing directly to patient care,service improvement and prescribing quality.
