**Opportunity**
BASIC FUNCTION
Provide support to the Human Resources department for K&B Latam (Mexico, Brazil) daily and on key projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR areas and contribute directly to personnel management and organizational development.
RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Support the management of new job requisitions, job
postings, and interview scheduling follow up within the TA COE to ensure an efficient
recruitment process.
2. Personnel Administration: Assist with the management of personnel files, document
collection, and team information organization.
3. Development: Collaborate on the coordination of employee training programs,
workshops, and development events.
