Role Purpose

Support manufacturing and automation initiatives through mechanical design, PLC programming, reporting, and process improvement activities. The role provides hands‑on experience in mechanical design, fixture development, manufacturing problem solving, and automation support within a real industrial production environment. The intern will also contribute to Power BI dashboard development, automated report generation, and collaboration with automation vendors to improve ergonomics, material handling, and process performance in fiber optical connector manufacturing.
