Your tasks
- Work with home‑care clients in their own homes.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care together with a multidisciplinary team.
- Support clients’ daily activities with a rehabilitative approach to enhance functional capacity and strengthen participation.
- Utilize independent decision‑making and teamwork skills.
- Collaborate with the home‑care team in the city centre (Parsby and Tennby units).
- Travel to clients’ homes by car or bicycle as needed.
- Work in two‑shift rotations.
