Responsibilities


+ Administer, configure, and maintain the PPM platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day system performance and data accuracy across all portfolios.

+ Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system and configuration issues; escalate complex problems when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

+ Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using the PPM platform and Power BI to support leadership decision-making.

+ Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical configurations, workflow automation, integrations, and process improvements within the PPM environment.
