Power Semiconductor R&D Engineer: Diode & TCAD Specialist

Hitachi Rail is seeking an R&D Semiconductor Chip Specialist in Lenzburg, Switzerland, to contribute to the development of next-generation power semiconductor technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or PhD in Physics or Electrical Engineering and experience with TCAD simulation tools like Sentaurus and COMSOL.
