**Job Description**
This role focuses on applying powder-based coatings to metal parts in a clean, smaller metal shop environment. You will manually rack materials for the paint booth, prepare parts for coating, operate coating machinery, and ensure high-quality finishes on all products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manually rack metal materials and parts to prepare them for entry into the powder coating paint booth.
+ Apply powder-based coatings to metal components using industrial painting and coating equipment.
+ Perform thorough paint preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and inspecting parts before coating.
+ Operate coating machinery and manually run paint lines in and out of the booths to maintain consistent production flow.
+ Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality to meet established standards.
