**Job Description**
This role focuses on applying high-quality powder coat finishes to a variety of metal parts using a Nordson paint booth. You ensure all items moving through the powder coat booth meet strict quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You collaborate closely with a team, follow established processes, and take pride in delivering a consistent, professional finish on every product.

**Responsibilities**

+ Paint all parts passing through the powder coat booth while maintaining a consistently high-quality finish.
+ Stand for extended periods during the shift to manually paint parts and operate equipment.
+ Operate all functions of the Nordson powder coat paint booth safely and efficiently.
