Location: Columbia City, IN
Pay: $21–$23/hour (based on experience) + $3.00/hour shift premium on 2nd shift
Job Type: Direct HirePro Resources is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to hire a Powder Coat Associate for their Columbia City facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term growth potential.Schedule:

1st Shift (Training): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift (After Training): Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
(Includes $3.00/hour shift premium)

Enjoy 3 day weekends, every week!What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting)

Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment

Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature/timing

Load and unload parts on the production line
