Postdoctoral Researcher: Space Weather & Ionospheric Physics

University of Oulu invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Space Physics and Astronomy. The project studies geomagnetic storms’ impact on the ionosphere-thermosphere system using first-principles global simulations and satellite data from Swarm/GRACE/GOCE, within the Finnish Centre of Excellence in Space Resilience.

You should hold a PhD in Space Physics or related field, have strong MATLAB/Python skills, English fluency, and the ability to pursue independent research.
