Responsibilities
Details of Research Project:
We study skeletal aging using cutting edge cellular and molecular techniques including RNAseq, ATACseq, ChIPseq and scRNAseq, and use various genetic mouse models to accomplish the study.
Technical Duties: (include any protocols)
Expertise in cellular and molecular techniques, such as Cloning, ChIP, IP, FACS, confocal microscopy, flowcytometry, histology/immunofluorescence staining, as well as genetic mutant mouse breeding are required.
