Key Responsibilities:
+ Developing testable hypotheses and conducting molecular biology experiments and analyses including but not limited to high molecular weight DNA extraction & sequencing, RNA expression/studies, single-cell -omics experiments, in situ studies, and cell culture work
+ Analyzing sequencing data including long read DNA sequencing, bulk RNA-seq, and single-nucleus RNA/ATAC using R, python, command line interface and high-performance computing clusters
+ Thorough documentation and communication of experiments and findings with lab notebook, appropriate version control
