The Geometry, Topology, and Physics group at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) is seeking a Post-Doctoral Associate to conduct research in geometric and topological aspects of physics, including in high energy and condensed matter systems. Research in Professor Hisham Sati’s group focuses on proper formulations of physical theories, with the development of the mathematical constructions that are needed to provide such descriptions, and uncovering new geometric and topological structures arising from physical phenomena in high energy physics and in condensed matter physics.
