Description
As a member of the Positive Behaviour Support Team, and the wider
multidisciplinary team at the college, you will work collaboratively with students,
staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies, organising meetings and promoting
collaboration to meet students needs in a person centred way.
You will use different methods of data collection to track, monitor, and analyse
behaviour as part of the functional assessment process, which will be used to
support the development of proactive interventions as part of Positive Support
Plans, and Student Safety Plans.
Through your day to day working you will uphold the college values, promote,
and support others through modelling best practices in person centred support to
meet the needs of students. Your primary location will be the colleges main
campus, but may also be require working at our satellite sites.
