Portuguese Speaking Technical Support Specialist
Introduction
Are you an IT enthusiast or technical troubleshooter who speaks Portuguese? We are looking for an on-site Portuguese Speaking Technical Support Specialist to handle cyber-security, software, or advanced subscription tech requests for international users.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system errors, subscription configurations, and technical requests via phone and chat.
- Guide customers patiently through software installation, patch fixes, and account security measures.
- Track ticket lifecycle within internal databases accurately.
Requirements
- Native/near-native level of Portuguese and high-level English skills.
- Prior technical helpdesk or customer care background is a big plus.
- Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.
