Portugal National Sales Leader - Clinics & Growth

Merlin Digital Partner is seeking a National Sales Manager for Portugal, based in Lisbon. You will lead both Sales and Medical teams, drive commercial performance, and support growth objectives across Portugal.

You will design training initiatives, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to stabilize volumes, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
