Portugal-Based Global People Services Leader — Asset Management

Nordea Asset Management seeks a Head of NAM International People Services to lead and scale People Services across Portugal, Luxembourg and global sales offices. You will manage a multi-location team, drive AI-enabled HR processes, and ensure governance while preserving NAM's specialist culture.
