Responsibilities

• Centralized function responsible for invoice submission for Evonik’s three legal entities in Mexico.
• Upload customer invoices into customer portals and/or submit invoices via customer-designated email addresses.
• Ensure complete and accurate submission of invoices including all required documentation.

Subtasks

• Keep track of assigned accounts to follow up the outstanding invoices.
• Follow the established escalation strategy to ensure the submission of outstanding invoices or other relevant documents, such as goods receipts, evidences among others.
• Handle questions or inquiries related to customer’s invoices.
• Maintain complete supporting correspondence for all invoice submissions.
