Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and support a team of outside sales representatives across multiple markets
- Spend time in the field with the team on customer visits and joint calls
- Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows
- Drive revenue growth across assigned territories and markets
- Develop market strategies, territory plans, and customer growth initiatives
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Build relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and facility leaders
- Maintain visibility into sales activity, pipeline opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools
