We are seeking an experienced and passionate Population Health Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside primary care providers, community Māori and Pacific health providers to improve equitable access to medicines and optimise health outcomes for underserved communities across Otago and Southland.

You will play a key role in supporting quality use of medicines, reducing health inequities, and driving positive change through collaboration, clinical leadership, and innovative population health initiatives.
