Pomigliano Plant Finance Manager

**Job Description Summary**
You will report to the Manufacturing Finance Leader and supports directly the Site Plants Leader (EB) and his team.
You will cover key aspects of production cost composition and all relevant metrics, both financial & operational (Hourly rate, Capex , Routings Productivity, Delivery, Delinquency/On Time Delivery, Inventory, etc) and includes direct involvement, engagement & responsibility over setting the appropriate routines, procedures and control points aimed to deliver to company commitments.

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Establish clear timing/processes/reviews with relevant owners, supporting Ops team and Business leaders on data visibility, tracking, analysis (variance analysis) and reporting for OCPH (Hourly rate) /Cost Out (product costing) results
+ Provide critical look and assessment, in conjunction with Ops team/Cost out team, of the overall Cost-out performance
