Polymer Plant Shift Leader: Safety, Skills & Productivity

Sabic Americas, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for polymer/chemical plant operations in Singapore. The role focuses on safe shift production, team management, and skill development to achieve production targets and KPI performance.

The successful candidate will lead a full process area, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and ensure EHSS compliance and effective shift handovers. 12-hour rotating shifts are required.
