Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and client meetings to subscription closure.
• Manage free trial processes.
• Handle auto-assigned leads.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Handle approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
