Policy & Transformation Executive

• Conduct research, benchmarking, and draft policy papers on organisational transformation initiatives
• Engage internal stakeholders to gather views, surface issues, and support consultation processes
• Support coordination across multiple workstreams to align policy intent with implementation and communications
• Provide secretariat support for meetings, discussions, and transformation-related engagements
• Monitor implementation progress, track emerging issues, and prepare updates for senior management
• Use data to generate insights and support evidence-based policy recommendations
