Policy-to-Operations SOP Specialist

TikTok in Malaysia is seeking an operations-focused professional to bridge Policy and frontline teams. You will translate policy intent into scalable workflows, and manage SOPs and knowledge bases to ensure consistent decisioning across markets.

You will use quality metrics and user appeals to identify execution gaps, drive improvements, and coordinate with Policy, Product, and regional Operations to strengthen risk controls. This role offers exposure to fast-paced, high-volume operations.
