Salary: RM 100,000 – RM 150,000 per year

Job Summary
Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorized, and other responsibilities or duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned.
Participate in system enhancement, process improvement, and digital projects, including:
Coordinate with superiors and IT or system support teams.
Assist superiors in project meetings.
Assist in preparing system/business requirements and reviewing business processes.
Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing.
Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders.
Prepare implementation sign-off documents.
Assist in monitoring results post-implementation.
