Policy & Legal Operations Associate - Internet Sales

Jobtailor in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations professional to manage day-to-day internet policy administration and sales terms enforcement. You will be the first line of support for customer inquiries and work with leadership to resolve issues.

You will document SOPs, improve workflows, and coordinate with Legal, Sales, Compliance, and IT to refine enforcement protocols, while maintaining CRM data and enabling strategic initiatives.
