Position Overview
As a level 2 Terminal support, you are responsible for all the Terminal related issues and processing of technical inquiries regarding our Point-of-Sale systems. Proactive identification of hardware or software issues in terminals, resolving them or escalating with the vendor teams for restoration of services.
What will you do?
- Installing and maintaining Point of Sale systems, software and interfaces
- Liaising with suppliers and coordinating activities with support partners and vendors.
- Creating operating manuals, checklists, and training manuals / materials
- Championing daily operational coordination between customers, internal IT and specialist departments (including operational emergencies). <...
