Job Description:
Pay Range $45hr - $50hr
The POET Project Coordinator supports the success of the POET team through project management, program, events, and technical support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at facilitating communication and tracking progress in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Collaborate with POET Managers to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate and track status of project plans with POET Managers or Course Leads. Assist with updating and syncing project documents (e.g., Box folders, Smartsheet). Schedule meetings, provide meeting minutes and recordings, and follow up on action items across cross-functional groups. Coordinate updates to weekly status and metrics reports.
