Provides operational support on full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, off-boarding and etc. and works closely with the entity Head of HR in supporting designated business units.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting HR Business Partnering
• Serve as the primary P&O contact for assigned departments within Air & Sea Division.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational changes, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• Support managers in driving performance, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Support the HRBP in the execution of all assigned HR activities and responsibilities.
