**What we are looking for**:
NRC’s PnP Department is hiring a **Strategy and Operations Senior Adviser**to coordinate the department’s annual strategic planning process, support the PnP management teams and drive operational efficiency. The role focuses on optimizing processes to align daily operations with strategic goals and supports organisational development through change management, internal communication, and knowledge management. Additionally, the adviser will strengthen collaboration across PnP sections, support functions, and offices by promoting effective ways of working, learning, and capacity development.
