PMV Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the maintenance schedules of all Plant Machinery Vehicles (PMVs) to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections of PMVs, identifying and reporting defects promptly to ensure safety and prevent potential hazards.
• Manage and mentor a team of PMV technicians, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Control PMV maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of parts and services while adhering to financial guidelines.

Qualifications

• Possesses a relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Holds relevant certifications in PMV maintenance and repair, e.g., Heavy Equipment Technician Certification.
