Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and sprint reviews for crossfunctional teams focused on Corporate Banking and KYC with product owners business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the product backlog is clearly defined and prioritized ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory the team on Scrum best practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile closely with stakeholders involved in customer onboarding and KYC remediation ensuring processes are compliant with industry regulations and delivered on teams in identifying and resolving blockers removing impediments and driving the team towards achieving sprint transparent communication and tracking of team progress through Jira or similar project management tools.
