PMO Specialist

The PMO Specialist is responsible for supporting project portfolio governance, monitoring service performance, and ensuring compliance with PMO frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• The role develops executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI, provides portfolio analytics and risk insights, manages project intake processes, and drives workflow improvements through automation.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in PMO, Project Management, or ITSM (with 2–3 years dedicated to portfolio analytics).
• Primary Skill (PMO Expertise): Portfolio governance, service value tracking, framework compliance (RACI/SIPOC), risk mitigation, and project intake management.
• Secondary Skill (Analytics): Advanced MS Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and automated dashboards) to translate complex service and project data into executive scorecards.
