PMO Specialist - BFSI

Role Overview The PMO Specialist manages financial governance, operational workflows, and resource lifecycles for the major BFSI Client account pipeline in Bengaluru . This role ensures strict compliance with Client engineering environment protocols and global contingent workforce frameworks. Key Responsibilities Financial Governance Reconcile monthly billing across regional Client cost centers. Manage weekly timesheets for all contractors via SAP Fieldglass and related approvals Resolve invoice discrepancies with Client procurement desks. Follow up for payments with client stake holders and have tight control over unbilled revenue Resource Lifecycle & Compliance Onboard resources into secure Client networks (VDI, MyCompliance). Trigger background verifications (BGV) to Client security standards. Audit compliance records to prevent unvetted access. Execute offboarding protocols to instantly revoke access upon exit.
