Job description
- Manage end-to-end asset inventory from forecasting, procurement, allocation and reclamation.
- Responsible for continuous review and improvement of the on and off-boarding process for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Accountable and responsible for administrative tasks related to on-boarding and off-boarding such as:
- 1) Joiner documentation and tracking
- 2) Asset allocation and tracking
- 3) Leaver documentation and tracking
- 4) Monitoring of issuance and revocation of access pass, laptops, LAN IDs and application access
- 5) Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports related to the on and off-boarding process
- 6) Liaise with hiring managers and other PMOs for logistics related the on and off-boarding process
- Responsible for fixed asset tracking tasks such as change in asset ownership, cost centre and fixed asset inventory stock take.
