Job Title: PMLD Teacher (Long-term)
Area: Bury, Greater Manchester
Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Salary: £1000 - £1500 per week (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and nurturing PMLD Teacher to join a well‑established primary SEND provision in Bury. The school supports pupils with complex needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties, sensory needs, and significant communication challenges.
In this long‑term role, you will deliver highly personalised learning experiences that focus on developmental progress, engagement, and supporting pupils in reaching their EHCP outcomes. The setting places strong emphasis on multi‑sensory learning, communication development, physical programmes, and a holistic, child‑centred approach.
