Job Objective

Lead and deliver accurate, competitive, risk‑informed cost estimates for complex projects under a Project Management Consultancy framework. Ensure alignment with client objectives, project scope and market conditions. Develop and validate capital cost estimates across all project phases (concept, FEED and EPC) and maintain cost control integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
