PM Line Cook

Mother’s East Tavern is looking for a dependable, team-oriented PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including meats, fish, vegetables, soups, salads, and other dishes, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. You’ll also assist with food preparation and portioning, as well as final plate presentation, including plating, garnishing, and preparing garnishes to ensure every dish looks as great as it tastes.
