Equipment Planning & Deployment:
Plan, coordinate, and optimize the deployment of plant and machinery across multiple sites within the cluster.Forecast equipment requirements for upcoming projects and ensure timely mobilization/demobilization.Maintenance & Asset Management:
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery.Monitor machinery health, downtime, and performance metrics.Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, utilization, and maintenance history.Budgeting & Cost Management:
Prepare budgets and monitor costs related to machinery operations, maintenance, and rentals.Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized utilization and vendor management.Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
