Plumbing Service Coordinator

The Opportunity

We a long established, best in class Plumbing and HVAC business based in the GTA. We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Dispatcher to be the operational hub of our service division. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll manage the full lifecycle of every service call—from the moment a client reaches out to the final sign-off on a completed work order. You’ll coordinate directly with our technicians, property managers, and suppliers to keep jobs running smoothly and our quality standards where they belong.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients via phone and email, collecting accurate information and setting appropriate expectations
• Create and manage work orders in our system, dispatching the right technicians to the right jobs based on skill set, location, and urgency
