Plumbing & Firefighting Foreman

Job Summary

The Plumbing & Firefighting Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all plumbing and firefighting installation activities for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures works are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily plumbing and firefighting works for fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, etc.).
• Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor productivity on site.
• Ensure installations follow approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate works in confined ceiling spaces and shafts typical of fit-out projects.
